For 15 years, Red Light Rebellion has partnered with educators and youth agencies to deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs that build resilience, digital safety, and awareness - empowering students to recognize risks, resist exploitation, and thrive, while giving Facilitators everything they need to teach with confidence.

Who we are

Brandon and Breanna Vales are the co-founders of Red Light Rebellion, a prevention education program launched in 2010 that equips students, parents, and educators to recognize and resist exploitation. With backgrounds in youth safety education, survivor support, and multimedia curriculum design, they have delivered engaging programs to over 71,000 people across the U.S.
